Still Life & Death

I finished teaching the first of four photographic workshops at the Australian Museum last weekend. The workshops,  Still Life & Death, are part of the Capturing Nature Exhibition. The exhibition features never-before-seen images from the archives dating from 1857-1893. It is a spectacular exhibition with approximately 100 glass plate negatives selected to print from 15,000.

We had a large Tableau made up of specimens for attendees to photograph, this was set-up by Sue Saxon from the Australian Museum with some of their excellent specimens.

Still three more events to go, signup here.
